24 ounceBoneless skinless chicken breast; 6oz each | |
4 cupsBroccoli Florets | |
1 cupShredded chedar cheese | |
4 slicesCooked bacon; crumbled | |
4 tablespoonRanch dressing 1 packageStuffing mix; chicken flavor |
- Oven to 400
- Spray 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil with oil.
- Combine stuffing mix and water.
- Spoon 1/4 of the stuffing mixture onto the center of each foil sheet.
- Top stuffing with a 6oz. chicken breast half.
- Top chicken with 1 c. broccoli.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 of the cheese and 1 slice of bacon, crumbled.
- Drizzle with 1 T. ranch dressing
- Bring up foil sides and fold to seal, leaving room for heat circulation inside
- Place packets on a cookie sheet and bake 25-30 mins
- Remove packets and let stand 5 mins
- Cut sits in foil for steam before opening.

Pepperoni Pizza Roll
All you need is some frozen bread dough,(I used Pizza dough) pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic and some Italian herbs.
Pizza dough
Pepperoni
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Parmesan Cheese. shredded
Butter
Garlic
Italian Seasoning
Unroll pizza dough, roll to desired thickness.
Top with pepperoni.
Add cheeses to top of pepperoni.
Lightly Sprinkle on garlic and Italian seasoning.
Roll dough. Place on baking sheet.
Brush melted butter on top and sides of roll.
Bake at 375 degrees for approx. 15 to 25 minutes.
When done, top of roll should be golden brown and you should be able to make a tapping sound on the crust with your fingernail...just the same as when baking bread. Make sure you allow pepperoni roll to cool completely before serving.

Tater-Tot Casserole
SERVES 4
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of celery or cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 16oz package frozen tater tots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Brown ground beef. season with salt & pepper.
- Add chopped onion, cook until tender.
- In a casserole dish, combine ground beef mixture & cream soup.
- Top mixture with tater tots.
- Bake , uncovered, for 30-40 minutes till bubbly and Tots are golden brown.
- remove from oven & top with cheese, return to oven until melted.
